Request for temporary interface admin rights[uah]

Hello!

We have been working on the Transcriber project to make changes to and improve the existing on screen keyboard and transcriber available for the Balinese community, according to earlier discussions with the community. We have now reached a point where the transcriber can be used as a gadget on the Balinese Wikisource, in addition to being used as a user script.
